Every day, our team works behind the scenes and on the front lines to make sure our guests have a safe, welcoming and memorable experience. From the moment you arrive at the gate to the moment you head home, there are people working throughout Vortex to keep things running, solve problems, answer questions, maintain our property and create the experiences our guests came here to enjoy.
And Vortex is better because of every person who helps make it happen.

Leadership
The team behind the vision — guiding the direction of Vortex while balancing the needs of our guests, employees, property and community. Running an outdoor resort is never a 9-to-5 job.
Guest services
The friendly faces of Vortex. Our guest services, admissions, retail and campground teams help you check in, find your site, buy admission and activities, answer questions and celebrate a special occasion.
Dive team
Vortex Spring has a long history of bringing divers together. Our dive team helps guests experience the spring from below the surface while promoting responsible and safe diving practices.
Grounds & maintenance
You may not always see them, but you’ll notice their work — campsites, facilities, roads, trails, landscaping, equipment, buildings and the countless little things that keep a property like Vortex operating.
Trail & outdoor
Our outdoor team maintains and oversees the recreational experiences that make Vortex more than a place to stay, and promotes safe, respectful use of our trails and natural surroundings.
Campground & lodging
Your home away from home. Our campground and lodging teams help turn a visit into a getaway — whether you’re staying one night or an entire week.
Events
Some of the biggest memories at Vortex happen during our events. Our events team plans, organizes, sets up, operates and cleans up everything from seasonal celebrations to community events.

Vortex Spring Adventures is made up of people with different jobs, different personalities, different talents and different backgrounds. But we share something important: we want Vortex to be a place people love.
We know that working in hospitality isn’t always easy. There are hot days. Long days. Busy weekends. Unexpected problems. Things that break. Things that don’t go according to plan. And sometimes, guests arrive having had a difficult day before they ever walk through our gates.
Our job is to do our best to meet those moments with professionalism, patience and a willingness to help.
We won’t always get everything perfect. But we will keep showing up. We will keep learning. And we will keep working to make Vortex better.
