We’re always interested in meeting people who love the outdoors, enjoy working with people, take pride in their work, and want to be part of something bigger than themselves.

Vortex Spring Adventures is an outdoor resort, campground and recreational destination in Ponce de Leon, Florida. Our teams cover guest services, grounds and maintenance, diving, trails and outdoor recreation, campground and lodging, and events.

Become a Work Camper at Vortex

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Work Camper at Vortex Spring Adventures.

Our Work Campers become an important part of our team and help us provide a clean, safe, friendly and memorable experience for our guests. We are looking for dependable, friendly, hardworking individuals and couples who enjoy the outdoors and take pride in their work.

What we expect from Work Campers

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Complete assigned duties responsibly.
  • Treat guests, coworkers, management and other Work Campers with respect.
  • Follow Vortex Spring Adventures policies and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a professional attitude while representing Vortex Spring Adventures.
  • Keep their campsite and work areas clean and orderly.
  • Follow all campground rules.
  • Immediately report safety hazards, accidents, damage or guest concerns to management.
  • Respect other guests and Work Campers.
  • Follow all applicable laws and property rules.

Work Camper arrangements may be terminated if a Work Camper repeatedly fails to meet expectations, violates campground rules, engages in unsafe conduct, or otherwise creates a significant problem for guests, employees or the operation.
